Sacred place of meditation and wisdom
Dzogchen Nyingthik Foundation Retreat Center
The Dzogchen Nyingthik Foundation believes that genuine spiritual practice must be expressed through compassion and service to others. Guided by Buddhist values of loving-kindness, generosity and care for all beings, the Foundation supports individuals and communities experiencing illness, financial hardship and limited access to education. Our charitable activities focus on four principal areas: construction of the new retreat centre, educational assistance, support for cancer patients and other people facing serious illness, and humanitarian assistance for individuals and families in need.
The Journey Within
Each quiet step from the entrance toward the center is a reminder that real peace arises from within, not from external conditions.
This path belongs to no single religion. It is open to all who seek calm, clarity, and a more compassionate relationship with the world.

About the FOUNDER
His Eminence Chungtrul Kuchen RinpocheFounder of the Dzogchen Nyingthik Foundation. Auspicious Birth and PropheciesHis Eminence Tulku Euu-Gyal Khamsum Wangpo, known as Chungtrul Kuchen Rinpoche, was born on December 28, 1987, in the sacred enclave of Om-ling (Womling) within Sengay Lingtsang (the Snow Lion Garden Park) in Zhemgang District, Central Bhutan. His birth is revered as the ultimate fulfillment of lifetimes of prayers dedicated to the liberation of all sentient beings.Prior to his birth, his mother, Sonam Pelden, experienced a profound vision: five Dakinis appeared in the sky, each presenting her with a distinct, multicolored khaddar (sacred scarf). They urged her to nurture the child with extraordinary care, prophesying that he would grow to become a sublime blessing to the world.
May this sacred place of meditation and wisdom benefit all beings.
